Hey Y’all,

Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving. I certainly did. Hung out with some good friends down here in Venice. Oh, did I tell you I moved? After years on the Eastside, Monique and I moved to the beach (Marina del Rey). It’s been really great. I miss my old digs, but being able to walk to just about everything is great. I also went in on a little studio with my buddy Kevin Houlihan. It’s a back house that was allegedly built and used by Carl Wilson of The Beach Boys. While I have no proof, I’ll take the butcher’s word for it. Hopefully some of that Beach Boys mojo will find it’s way into my new recordings.

Speaking of records, I’m really happy with how everything turned out with “Quick Fix Bandage.” I hope you had a chance to check it out. If not, I’d love for you to have a listen. That’s about it. Oh, had a nice song placement in the new FX series called “The League.” It’s a Signal Hill Transmission tune called “Ordinary.” If you haven’t had a chance to check out the show, it’s really good. All the episodes are “On Demand.” The song appears in episode 2 & 4.
